1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received the wrong item or size (different from what you ordered).
Please note:

All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

The return/exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at [hello@thehouseofaksh.com] with your order number and product images for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Products that have been customized or altered as per your measurements.

Products bought on sale, discount, or during promotional offers.

Products that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering after delivery.
3. Return/Exchange Process

Share clear images of the product and describe the issue.

Once verified and approved by our team, we’ll guide you through the return process.

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and initiate the exchange or refund (as applicable).
Please note: The shipping cost for returning an item will be borne by the customer unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via bank transfer after confirmation.
5. Order Cancellations

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
